Buying from Utilitech
We are the Official RIDGID Importer, so this is genuine factory stock carrying RIDGID’s manufacturer warranty — not grey import. Delivery inside South Africa is calculated at checkout: live courier rates for parcels, or a flat palletised-freight rate for heavy machines. For export orders, courier delivery (including duties and taxes) is shown at checkout; export shipments over 70 kg and export orders over R50,000 are freight-quoted, and nothing is dispatched until you accept the quote. We ship across South Africa and to 49 other African countries.
